Physical exercise is proven to provide social and personal benefits as well as improving physical and mental health.  Whether you are playing sports, working out at a gym, or taking a brisk walk, physical activity stimulates brain chemicals that make you feel happier and more relaxed. During sports you can use balls, mats, sticks, weights. Orthoses are worn during sports after a traumatic period, for prophylaxis.
