Walking sticks

A walking stick can be helpful if you have minor problems with balance or stability and when grip and pick up functions are quite strong. Having strong wrists can be a great asset in using walking sticks. When you stand up in your normal posture with the walking stick tip on the ground, the handle of the walking stick should be next to the top of your leg. Your elbow should be slightly bent. Quadruped and Tripod are more stable than an ordinary standard stick to walk.
